Who we are
- MRCEMStat (mrcemstat.com) is run by EmAstra. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean EmAstra.

Terms
- By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
- Your subscription is a personal licence for your own study.
- No sharing of accounts, questions, explanations or any other content.
- Each account works on a maximum of 2 devices.
- Content is watermarked and traceable.
- Misuse leads to account closure.
Prices and payment
- MRCEM Primary · 3 months: ₹1,999 (£19 / $23). MRCEM Primary · 6 months: ₹2,999 (£29 / $35). Access runs from the day you pay.
- Members can add one more month for ₹1,000 (£10 / $12), added on top of the time left.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). We never see or store your card details.
Refund policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a plan is bought, including for unused time.
- Try the 50 free questions before you buy.
- If you were charged twice or charged in error, email support@mrcemstat.com and we will put it right.
Privacy
- We store your email, name, study progress and device identifiers.
- We use them only to run your account, keep your progress and protect the content.
- Payment details are handled by Razorpay or Stripe, not by us.
- We never sell your data.
- To delete your account and data, email support@mrcemstat.com.

- We cannot guarantee any exam outcome. The 65% mock benchmark is our own yardstick, not an official pass mark.
